JFM STAFF OUTSOURCING
We specialize in providing comprehensive staff outsourcing services tailored for companies and resorts. Our primary objective is to ensure that all contract workers possess valid and legally compliant documents in adherence to the regulations outlined in the Maldivian Employment Law.
By partnering with us, resorts and companies can significantly reduce their operational expenses as all labor-related costs will be managed by JFM. We have extensive experience in supplying skilled manpower to various departments, notably in areas such as cleaning, ground maintenance, gardening, laundry, and other labor-intensive sectors.
JFM takes complete accountability for the welfare of all workers, encompassing responsibilities such as payment for visa/work permit fees, deposits, and any other mandatory charges or taxes imposed by the Government of Maldives concerning the legality and relocation of contractor staff during their tenure at the resort.
Our service covers the following expenses for each worker:
• Visa/work permit fees
• Deposits
• Other charges/taxes mandated by the Government of Maldives
